An excellent start to the Plant Reliability Excellence Conference 2022 here in Dubai this morning. I particularly enjoyed the key-note from Abdulrahman A Fadhel talking about FRACAS. He made a very notable point about raising awareness across all the departments for reliability effort and shared the benefits of certification including the success at their refinery with International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) certifications. However, whilst certification is a measure of knowledge, empowerment and inspiration are what drive change and ultimate success. I was reminded of this a number of times since speaking in the pre-conference workshops yesterday where a number of attendees approached me to remind me that they had attended some of my many sessions here in the region over the last twenty-odd years. Their message was clear; they went away inspired and implemented their learnings to great success in their view. Achieving certification is a success in its own right, but implementing that knowledge with a passion is the real reason I am inspired to get out there and help motivate people through what I do!

In deed it was pleasure presenting paper on " rare vibration characteristics such as electrostatic/electromagnetic current discharge phenomena" inside rotating machinery to great Reliability Community during Plant Reliability Excellence Conference in Dubai.

I'm very proud to see one of SABIC Executives Wazen Al-Solami inaugurates the 2nd Annual Plant Reliabilty Excellence Conference, with a keynote speech titled "Assets Reliability Evolution in Digitalization Era".

I was thrilled to participate in such a stimulating discussion about #apm at Plant Reliability Excellence Conference 2022 with such a remarkable group of digitalization experts and reliability professionals Abdullah Algahtani, Basil Melibari, PMP®, Dr. Chinmaya Kar, Dominic Gallello and Jeremi Arena. The session was led fantastically by Ali AI Shammari, who raised many burning questions. Thanks a lot to everyone who contributed to this event's organization.
